Ruth Strauss Foundation is a charity in the memory of Ruth Strauss who died on 29th of December, 2018 from lung cancer. Last summer her husband Andrew Strauss an international cricket player launched this foundation to:

  • Provide emotional, psychological and well-being support to patients and their families going through a similar experience. 
  • Fund research into rare lung cancer.

THE ACROPOLIS (GREECE )

I really recommend a visit to the Acropolis ! The Acropolis is one of the most famous monuments in the world and a national symbol of Greece. The Acropolis is the name of the hill on which ancient Athens was founded. The most famous of all is the Parthenon Temple , dedicated to G oddess Athena – the patron goddess of Athens city.  There are two entrances to the Acropolis rock. From there you continue your way to the top from where you have a stunning view a s you continue upwards, you will see others temples too such as the Propylaea , the impressive marble main entrance gates , Erechteion , the Temple of Athena Nike , and the Sanctuary of Artemis .
